Born in 1957, Nicholas P. Santoleri grew up in the rural area of Chester County, Pennsylvania. During his childhood, he developed a fascination of and an appreciation for the landscape and colonial architecture found there. Best known for the rich detail and realistic style of his watercolor paintings, Nick continues to gain popularity throughout the art world. His artistic vision has broadened to include a wide range of subjects. Through his paintings, Santoleri hopes to evoke a sense of nostalgia blended with his belief that the past must be permitted to intertwine with the present.
The self-taught artist has received numerous awards for his watercolors. His paintings have been displayed and sold by galleries and art shows of national and international caliber. Santoleri’s art is in corporate, business and institutions throughout North America and abroad, including AT&T, Arco Chemical Company and DuPont Corporation.
