Eva Nihn began painting in her native Ukraine. She studied artistic interior design at Kalinin Art College. Eva’s preferred medium is watercolor but has also painted using mixed medium. Her style ranges from impressionism to abstract to representational. She has also done fresco and batik. Her work is in collections throughout Europe, the Middle East, Canada and the United States.
Eva has exhibited throughout the world including the Dnepopetrovsk Region Interior Design in 1987 & 1988 and the Scientific & Production Commercial Center in 1988 - 1989 (both in the Ukraine); Gallery Shulamit (1991-1992), Gallery Reisler (Tel-Aviv) in 1994, Gallery Country Clab Rarnat-Aviv (1993-1995) all in Israel; Metro Hall, Toronto Canada (1997); The Art Collection Inc.: Miniature paintings & batik (1999), Watercolor (2000) , Abstract (2001), Retrospective original Frescoes (2003), Retrospective (2004); The Art Gallery on Toro (2003).
Eva resides in Canada.
