Joan grew up in Pennsylvania and after graduating from college, studied Architecture for three years in Boston, MA. After working for an Architectural firm for several years, she realized that her first love was painting. Joan is “equally fascinated with landscapes, portrait, and still life studies.” Her medium of choice is oil.
Joan moved to California and continued Landscape painting, which was fun and lucrative for her. After several years on the West Coast, she decided to move back to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family. Joan exhibits in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
